I come from a different direction. As a former bank CEO, I led a full business turnaround and grew revenue threefold. I have spent eight years in the innovation and venture ecosystem, working with InnovateUK and early-stage ventures. I think differently about what makes a practice grow, and I bring that perspective to independent practice.
I came to this work not as a therapist, but as a parent, searching desperately for the right mental health support for my teenage son. Watching skilled, caring practitioners remain invisible to the families who needed them most.
